healthy lifeSo a few months ago a friend from high school sent me a message, she had seen on Facebook how I had lost weight and was trying to loose the last few lbs (15 or so to be exact) and told me about this weight loss shake she had done and her and her husband were now promoting it. So I offered to listen and take a taste, and to my surprise the shakes were pretty good and I did a bit of research and found a lot of people that also liked the shakes and lost the weight, so I am all for trying something new that is going to get me on track to get and staying healthy. If eating out after college make sure to choose healthy snacks like roasted corn , pop corn ,butter milk, fresh fruit juice( with no added sugar), coconut water, roasted salted peanuts(Not fried), steamed idlies with sambhar(no chutney), Bhel puri is better than other Chat items(it’s made with puffed mamra and cut salad with tamarind chutney). Farm-raised salmon (which is mostly what you get in stores) is not fed a diet rich in Omega-3, thus they are not a good source of that heart healthy ingredient.
