Glendall ‘Glen’ Logsdon Obituary (1945 – 2022) – Cecilia, KY

Glendall “Glen” Logsdon, 76, of Cecilia, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, May 21, 2022.

Born Oct. 15, 1945, to the late Van and Nadine Logsdon of Hart County, he worked various jobs throughout his life having spent most of his years at Gates Rubber Company, retiring after 29½ years before working for John Mills Ornamental Iron. He loved the Lord, his family, all his dogs throughout the years and his friends and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with those he loved. Glen was a consummate tinkerer and a lifelong Christian who now lives in the House of the Lord.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Judith Logsdon.

Glen is survived by his wife of 47 years, Mary Ethel Nunn Logsdon; two daughters, Connie (Charles) Cahoe and Alisha Logsdon (his baby girl); three grandchildren, Steven and Joshua Cahoe and Brittany Logsdon; three great-grandchildren, Anna and Rosalie Cahoe and Beau Logsdon; a brother, Darrell (Colleen) Logsdon, all of Munfordville; and a sister, Janice (David) Bunnell of Hardyville.

The funeral is at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Brother Billy Curle officiating. Burial follows in Valley Creek Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and continues at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
