She was born in Baltimore, Maryland, one of six children of the late Charles and Anne Kurzmiller. She worked for Cracker Barrel for 20 years and was a coffee delivery person for Hardec’s for 10 years. She was a Christian woman who loved to fish, cook and go out to eat. She had a big heart and a love of family.
Survivors include her husband, Willard Louis Kerr; four children, Justin (Alice) Plant, Adam Plant, Josh Plant and Jamie Plant; two stepchildren, Doug Kerr and Tammy Kerr; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is at 2 p.m. Monday, April 4, at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Brother Chris Kiger officiating.
Visitation is from noon to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to any cancer organization.
