healthy lifeUndoubtedly, having a muscular and a model type body is an envy of everyone.Unfortunately owning one is not a 24-hour trasformation albeit science can accelarate the process but colossal amount of money is at stake.I’d rather do it the cheaper way than spending alot atleast if i did not ace on it ,i will not regret much. When you are asked to participate in an event, discern if the event will enrich your life. The secret to the long and healthy life of these people may well be the Japanese diet. My advice would be to forget counting calories, know carbs like bread and rice are not truly bad for you, just try to eat enough nutritious food and do lots of goal orientated physical activities and you will lose weight. I think it’s wise not to go on temporary diets but to make slow, permanent changes that you can live with forever.

This world/stories kept changing with respect to the changing phases in my life. Maybe I misunderstood what the secret teaches, but without a doubt, any major life change has to first start with a positive change. And i know i sound like an ‘attention seeker’ or whatever, but i don’t care, when i overthink things (like the things i mentioned above) it makes me very very low and ive been self harming on-and-off since i was 13, i am now 20, and because i get so worked up over certain things and imagine/act out how different my life could be in my head i start becoming more and more upset with smaller things which makes me ‘daydream’ more.
